Terms & Conditions

ROOMS

1. It’s valid in all categories, according to the availability.


2. Room offers are for double occupancy.

3. Additional members/kids above age 5 years will be chargeable
as per resort policy.

4. Room reservations are strictly subject to availability.

5. Complementary room offers can be clubbed with special room
offers.

6. Prior booking is mandatory to avail of the offer, please carry
valid ID proof for check-in.

7. Not valid on online bookings.

8. The offer’s validity will start after 15 days from the deposit of the
offer fee & valid for 3 year.

9. Mandatory govt applicable taxes and service charges will be
charged separately.


10. The offers shall not be valid on any Saturday as well as during
national holidays.

11. Management of the resort reserves the right to refuse
admission to any undisciplined customer in the interest of
public safety and business reputation.

12. Subject to Seoni jurisdiction only.

FOOD

1. Valid for Restaurant use only.

2. This offer cannot be clubbed with a booklet offer.


3. Any other offer or discount special.


4. This offer is valid at the al-la-carte menu & buffet both.


5. This offer is not valid on room service.


6. It is valid only for lunch and dinner during resort hours.
